Kayla, age 21. I have been lucid dreaming since I was seven years old. I have talked to my subconscious, spent lifetimes trapped in dreams, and I remember my dreams like memories. This blog is a place where I can keep a small dream journal, post tips on how to lucid dream, and answer any questions you have to the best of my ability. I will also try to interpret your dreams in the best way that I can, so feel free to send in an ask.

and I kept falling very quickly into the sleep paralysis phase, but every time I did, I would involuntarily flinch. That would pull me out of it, of course. Grrr. Going to try again tonight.
Sounds like your body was too exhausted… Take a small power nap in the day :)
i hope all of this is a dream i’m having at the age of 7
What if you slept and what if in your sleep you dreamed and what if in your dream you went to heaven and there plucked a strange and beautiful flower and what if when you awoke you had that flower in you hand ah, what then?
These dreams are so easy to escape to, but they make it hard to face reality the next day.
